Quality Control Team
All structure are designed and manufactured strictly according to international standard specifications
ensuring maximum safety and economy by making optimum use of quality raw materials and sheets.
ASTL has a laboratory to check the raw materials to verify the standard of material supplied as well as
to ascertain the quality of manufactured steel structures at various stages. The lab is equipped with all
necessary equipments.
- All raw materials required for the product are as per international standard specification.
- All dimensional & weight checking is carried out at factory.
- Quality Manual is maintained as per requirement of ISO – 9001:2015
- All welders are tested & trained and are certified welders.
- Field tests, like, Dye Penetrate Test, Ultrasonic test etc. are done to ensure highest quality of welding.
